Why should I use CIS?
Customer service makes all the difference at Central Illinois Security, Inc. CIS employees are experienced security professionals. We take time to thoroughly explain your security system. We will conduct a free security evaluation and work with you to design a system that meets your family’s needs. We are not satisfied until you are… and we are available 24 hours a day to answer any question you may have.

What if I have a system in place already that CIS didn’t install?
We can service and monitor virtually any system. So if you have a security system from another company and would like a new monitoring service just give CIS a call at 217-787-4970.

Are security systems expensive?

Do I have to have a phone line for CIS to monitor my security system?
No not at all. We offer the AlarmNet® Digital Cellular and IP Communicators that work with most alarm systems.

Do you have sensors that can monitor my sump pump?
Yes we do. We can install a sensor in your sump pit that would alert CIS in the event water gets too high and before it hits the floor.

Can you monitor the temperature in my house?
Yes we can. If you travel a lot in the winter and no one is at the house we can alert you or a service person to look at your furnace. Hopefully preventing further problems.
